The keratin extension technique is a discreet and adaptable method of putting extensions in place. It can be used also to add volume to thin hair with micro-bonds or crown extensions.

In the keratin extension technique, the sections are attached with keratin-based polymer bonds. Because a bond contains more individual strands than do the sections used in other techniques, each bond can be divided into several sections.
